About Us

I love working with dogs. I always have. So when I got the opportunity to start my own dog walking business 7 years ago, I jumped at the opportunity! It was some of the most amazing years of my life. Sam, my Labrador, joined me on our adventures with the dogs in my care and we had so much fun. It gave me the most wonderful chance to get to know a range of different breeds of dogs and what made them special - all their unique traits and characters that made me fall in love with each of them.

Over time, I found that many of them needed guidance on how to walk nicely and be good citizens in public. I became a sounding board and advisor to my clients and helped them through some difficult training issues. My group became known as the well behaved dogs that would play nicely, wait to the side while someone passed them and who always got into the van at the end of the walk with wagging tails and big yawns. It was so rewarding and I wanted to be able to help more dogs find a way to be as happy as possible.

I have found that through training. When I first started classes with Sam, who was a little nightmare, I found my confidence grew greatly. And with that, so did Sam's sense of wellbeing and trust in me. I want that for every dog owner - to get the most out of their dogs and to feel confident taking them on life's adventures.

I feel very strongly about my methods which are full of positive reinforcement and strictly force-free. I not only teach you how to train your dog but also how to live with them and get the most out of the special bond you feel with your best friend.

Shortly after relocating to Norfolk in 2022, I had the pleasure of being the first person in the world to meet the newest addition of my family, Maze. Her mother had been one of the dogs I had walked and helped train. I was asked to help with her pregnancy, whelping and litter. How could I say no? It was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced and something I will treasure forever. I led the birth of 9 puppies and helped look after and train them for the first 8 weeks as well as ensure the wellbeing and care of their mother. Maze is now home with me and learning how to be a lovely dog. She's doing great!

All of my experiences, including a brief time as a Ward Assistant at one of the UK's most accomplished referral vets, has led me to a greater understanding of dogs and how I can help them, and you, get the most out of life.
